Editorial Standards
How VectoraWork researches, reviews, corrects and publishes practical Journal guides.
Why the Journal exists
The VectoraWork Journal helps small-business owners and independent professionals make better decisions about everyday workflows, digital records and software tools. We aim to publish instructions readers can follow without buying anything. Some guides link to products in our Etsy shop when those tools are relevant; a sale is never necessary to use the guidance.
Research and review process
Before publication, each guide should start with a specific user problem and a written outline. Factual and technical claims should be checked against current primary references, platform documentation or reproducible tests whenever appropriate. We distinguish demonstrated software features from illustrative examples and identify uncertainties rather than presenting guesses as facts.
Originality and practical value
We value decision tables, checklists, real scenarios, workflow diagrams, sample calculations and instructions tested in the applicable software. We do not bulk-publish lightly rewritten competitor posts, fabricate experts or reviews, or promise that a particular workflow guarantees tax, legal, financial or regulatory compliance.
AI-assisted research and writing
We may use AI tools to help brainstorm, outline or edit content. AI output is not accepted as proof. We review factual claims, citations, technical instructions and usefulness before any article is released. We do not publish material whose primary purpose is artificially manipulating search rankings.
Commercial independence
VectoraWork sells digital tools through Etsy. Journal links to our own products are editorial recommendations or contextual references, not independent reviews of competitors. Readers can complete most checklist-style processes with another appropriate tool or a basic spreadsheet.
Accuracy, corrections and responsible use
Guides are general educational content and do not replace professional legal, financial, tax, employment, accounting or cybersecurity advice. Readers should check legal requirements relevant to their location and circumstances. We date and revise articles when substantial information changes. If you notice an error, email info@vectorawork.com with the article title and the specific correction.
